[Personal Information Handling Policy]

A. “Omni Management,” the operating agency of the 2023 HIRA International Symposium, uses the personal information of the users within the scope notified in the section of “Collection, Use, and Purpose of Personal Information,” will not use it beyond the scope, and, in principle, will not provide it to third parties without the prior consent of the users.
